I love games! Since I was a kid, I wished to own a gaming console. I envied my friends and my cousins having playstations (latest now is playstation 3), gameboys, and psp (now we have ps vita). I asked my parents to buy me one, but they got me a family computer. It was cool but playstation is way better for me.
Now, I already graduated from college and the only way for me to play games is through my laptop, at least for now. I learned from a friend that we can play PS games using an emulator. I was so excited so I downloaded my own emulator.
The top playstation emulator I know was ePSXe (enhanced PSX emulator). I believe the latest version as of now was 1.70. The best thing about this is it's free!
There is no installation required. Just download it, copy the whole directory wherever you like, download required bios and plugins, and it's ready to use. There are a lot of ePSXe forums, tutorials, and guides so you won't be confused. Also, you can download a full version of it: bios and plugins are already included; just download, extract, and play!
For the games, you can download some isos, bins, img, or roms. For me, and according to some forums, isos or bins are the best!
As of now, I got these cool games:
Regarding the controller, you can use your keyboard or you can buy a joypad | gamepad for better ePSXe experience.
If you already got ePSXe or other PSX emulators, feel free to comment or recommend other cool PSX games to play.
